Getting to Éire

It was not so easy getting from Liverpool yo Ireland, the ferry was on lg for people travelling with a car, don't know what the problem was there. So we had to get another plan, flying wasn't an option, we wanted to go by ship. And we found a connection, from Holyhead in Wales was a ferry going. We only needed to get there, also disturbing was on the day that the train connection between Chester and Liverpool wasn't working at all, Chester is the town were we would have to get on another train. When the bus stopped by at a train station around Chester I asked him were the best stop is to get off the bus. He told us to leave the bus right now and take the train there for only one stop. So we got off. That was not a good idea, never trust a bus driver, we were still at the line where no train was going for the day and for sure not able to get the train we planned to take. Great action, Bernd wished the bus driver an early painful death.
It seemed that we won't be able to get in time to the ferry, but then a woman showed up at the train station and also wanted to take a train, to get into town we got the idea to share a taxi. When we got to the taxi she asked me if we ever have been in Chester, because we never been there she gave the driver some money and asked him to give us a short tour through this town.
Chester is a really lovely city and also worth visiting, with some structures left over from the Romans and old churches. Cause we were only passing by in the taxi we did not have the time to take a look around and take pictures.
Later on our way to Holyhead Bernd looked all the time out of the windows, watching some guys playing golf, saw some sheep's and the ocean close to the tracks.

In Holyhead we did not have any time to walk around, damn bus driver, if he didn't told us to get off the bus earlier we would have gotten an earlier train and some time in this nice looking city, how far we could see. So only time to board and wait for the departure.
At least we got a very sunny day making our way to Ireland much more comfortable and giving us a great view to the Walsh and Irish coast.

In the early evening in Dublin in the centre was something horrible going on, there was the October fest, they played there the same stupid music they play in the fest tents in Germany, we did not belief that this might happen here, so we got as fast away as possible from there and headed to our hostel for the night.
The next morning we passed by at a old small church and a nice park, if we did not have to catch the bus to Cork we would have stayed there for a longer time.

Another interesting building was close to the river making us think that here are also some nice old buildings, but not much. At the beginning it felt that Ireland was not as nice as we expected, but feeling could only come from Dublin, we got told that it is much different to the other cities in Ireland or we have been at the wrong parts of the city. Should change a lot in Cork.
